Do not get your car serviced at Boniface Heirs. Their service department will lie to you. Apparently taking your money under any circumstances is a game to them. If you enjoy games, then go ahead. If you buy a car from them, do not let it leave your sight before taking it off the lot. Apparently, they think it is funny to `clean` it for you, which seems to be code language for taking it around back to swap out t... view morehe wheels/tires. They even took the spare out of the trunk. I suppose a lot of people don`t bother to check. Classy place.

Rude!!

I took my car into the shop this morning for an oil change and a checkup. I purchased an excellent extended warranty and a service contract when I leased my car. I have 45,000 miles on my car therefore I am fully covered under these contracts. The service advisor I spoke with gave me nothing but attitude and wanted to charge me $40 for an oil change and $100 just to look at it. I have been to 3 different dealersh... view moreips back home and never had to deal with people like this. I am lodging a complaint with the Service Manger at this dealership in regards to the service advisor I spoke with and lodging a formal complaint with Dodge in regards to this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost!!!
