I took my 01 Taurus in to the shop after. I did my research and fount there prices to be 10% cheaper then amcos. Charles the manager was well spoken and treated me well. i have never been more satisfied with a mechanic company in my life until now. Not only does Charles the manager help search what are the best affordable options for me and my family but the speedy service is incredible. I took my vehicle to Charles to diagnose a transmission issue. Went a month with intermittent check engine light coming on and off. Charles was thorough with his diagnosis, explained the problem in a manner that I could understand (and not a lot of mechanic mumbo jumbo). He was honest /upfront with his pricing and professional. Back in 2008 I brought my Honda Accord in due to transmission problems. My car was repaired and I purchased a lifetime warranty on the transmission. MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A USED...

MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A USED CAR THAT HAD TRANSISSION PROBLEMS THAT WERE TAKEN CARE OF AT THIS LOCATION IN SEPTEMBER 2012.... WE PURCHASED THE CAR IN OCTOBER AND WERE ALREADY EXPERIENCING TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. I went there with a transmission issue under their warranty and the new manager Mr.Charles Stevens test rode my van, erased code and told me to come back if the issued started again. I came back with same symptoms and they honored their warranty. They treated me with respect and fixed the problem. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

I took my 2010 Ford focus to All Transmission World in Kissimmee,FL. I was waited on my Joe M. Which is the manager of this location. Joe was very kind when we spoke on the phone. Being a women I am not very good at idenifying the issues with my vehicle. Joe kindly offered to have my vehicle towed free of charge to his shop to avoid further damage to the vehicle when we arrived at the shop I asked him if it would be ... view morepossible that we take a ride so I could specifically show him the noises I had been hearing. After accompanying me on a drive to hear the noises how was confident that he knew what was wrong with my car. As date would have it my husband was stuck at work an could not get to me to bring me home Joe offered to give me a ride all the way back to my house. The next day my husband came In an spoke with joe about the price which was beyond reasonable for the kind of work that needed to be done, my husband requested to see what was wrong with the car an joe gladly showed him. Joe is a very nice an honest man. When it was all said an done it wound up being a little less expensive then the original estimate. I stand behind Joe at All Transmission world 100%.
