If I could subtract stars, I would. I walked in this afternoon to get an assessment on my car, the wheel has been rattling, and I was turned away `because it was lunchtime`. They were all eating pizza, about 6 employees, and not one could put aside their lunch to attend to new business? I have no idea who runs this business and allows such nonsense. It is incredible to find true ...

It is incredible to find true honesty from a business owner let alone an owner at a car shop. I have to say Willbend autos owners Bob and Cindy are truly the most customer friendly and down to earth people I have ever met. I will never go to another mechanic for repair and maintence on my cars.

Go to Willow Bend Automotive, Cindy and Bob are good, wholesome and honest people. Its nice to know there are still places out there that you can trust. Because my husband travels alot for work, im in charge of my cars upkeep and repairs, and to know I can drop it off anytime and thats it`s going to be done correctly and only what needs to be fixed is a huge relief. Willow Bend Automotive was able to make an appointment that fit into my schedule. My car was quickly taken back to be serviced. My questions were answered in a clear and professional way. The waiting room is clean with new magazines and TV should I choose to wait.
