Pleasantly surprised

I am not a car person and I hate going to car dealers. But my husband was out of town so I had to get a new visor for my car. The guy at the desk, William Fidler went out to my car and made sure I got the right thing. He made a bad experience pleasant for me. Folks dont realize how women hate car things. When you get a helpful salesman, it makes it easy.

In the Fall of 2011,our church family encountered a displaced single Mom, unemployed, with 2 kids, far from home and living in a motel..no family,no wheels. We desired to help get her back on her feet. We prayed to the Lord for direction and wisdom in how to help. His plan included a reliable, economical vehicle, so she could get a job. They searched for and found a reliable, clean and economical car, inspected and safe for this family.
In addition, Crown Nissan worked with our budget, and it wasn`t long before the transaction took place. We were so pleased to give the keys to this vehicle to our single Mom.
Now, she has a good job, and her future and the future of her family is bright.

Terrible sales experience

Unfortunately the stigma here is true...if you don`t have a male with you, prepare to be taken advantage of. Would NOT recommend this dealership.

Waranteed their work

Had issue w/ repair on 04 Sentra. They replaced the fuel pump free (Under warranty) and even gave me a rental.

Perfect Internet negotiation and honest people at the dealership

Yesterday I negotiated a price online with Crown Nissan and when I went to purchase the car, I found it to be the best car buying experience of my life.

Every detail of the Internet price was honored and Loni Jones was fabulous. It was a smooth process that made me feel great about buying a car.

The Sales Manager was helpful and friendly and was an allround great guy.

Terrible customer service after sale

Bought a used car from them. Nice car, ok deal but terrible service after the sale. There were problems with the car that should have been taken care of by them and they did not help at all.

Sneaky and Slimy Sales

We had a very negative experience at Crown Nissan. We corresponded first via email and then on the phone. We were clear on what we wanted to pay, and the internet manager Tony Horne agreed to our terms. Of course when we got to the dealer everything had changed.
