Honest and Reliable

I don`t know where that one negative review came from...are you sure you don`t have the wrong garage? I have been taking all of the family cars to Bill for about 3 years now, and he has consistently been straightforward, telling it like it is. The first time I took my son`s car to him, and I found out that an estimate he got at another shop was incorrect, and instead of a $400 job it was a $50 job. WORST SHOP EVER!

i called to ask a question and maybe get an estimate,and the guy that answered the phone was totally rude and acted like i was wasting his time.it also smelled like marijuana in the shop.last thing i need is some pot smoker working on my car.

The VERY best!

I`ve taken my cars to Bill`s for years and they have always been completely honest and up front with me. Once they called to tell me my bill was lower then the estimate because it didn`t take as long as anticipated! When does that ever happen to a customer at a repair garage...NEVER unless you go to Bill`s. And the latest is a repair any other garage would have done and charged me for but Bill said it was a recall a... view morend the recall repair was done incorrectly. He got the dealership to do the work for free. Any other garage would have just done the job and charged me the 400.00 the job would have cost me if Bill wasn`t so honest. As a single mom I could never thank Bill and his staff enough. Go there with confidence you will be taken care of honestly!

The best mechanic EVER

Bill is the best mechanic that you will ever find, anywhere. He is extremely honest, and will always do what`s best for you. I have been taking my 2 cars to him for over 5 years, and he always provides free consultation, charges very reasonable rates for required repairs, and does high quality work. Only mechanic I trust

I generally dislike mechanics and think they are all crooks... except one. He let me leave a car on his lot to get a part second hand (his suggestion). Saved me over $250. He also loaned tools to a friend of mine to fix his car. Great guy, great shop. Highly recommended.

Honest & professional

I just took my beloved Honda in for her 90K check-up. Granted she`s a Honda, but I still felt like she should get looked at. Most of us are at the whim of mechanic`s moods and I was expecting to hear a litany of things my Honda needed to go on living. However, Bill told it to me straight. No I didn`t need a timing belt (and ensuing water pump) until 105K miles. That`s a savings of over $400. In fact, at the end of th... view moree day all I needed was an oil change, new spark plugs and a replaced cabin air filter. Both Bill and his wife were approachable and honest. I recommend them for most car issues, except transmissions, which Bill explained to me is not his speciality. For this he recommends another local shop.
