Rude staff. Liars. The highest prices
Rude staff. Liars. The highest prices for Hyundai`s I have ever seen, but that`s not what they advertise. Bottom line? They can`t be trusted. If you have to have a Hyundai, it`s completely worth finding a different dealer, no matter how far away they are.

Beyond the worst experience you could imagine!!
The absolute WORST experience of my life!! Run as far away from these crooks as possible! They are rude beyond belief, and are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. I HATE that I have done business there, and all they have done in response is make it worse. I was taken advantage of, yelled at, belittled, HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? I admit that it was my mistake when I signed the ... view morecontract when I bought a car there (March of 2011). This was my first car purchase and I did not quite understand everything at the moment like I thought I did. I was shown the price of the car and thought that it was the final price (including tax, tags, etc..). Boy was I wrong. Those crooks sold me a car that stickered for $18,480, for a whopping $21,888!! They marked up the car $3,400 over sticker! When I discovered my error (the next day unfortunately) I confronted them and told them that I did not want the car and that it was too much. They could not have turned on me fast enough. Rude and belittling. Then, they had the nerve to keep asking that I give them a perfect score on the survey that I was to get from Hyundai. They said anything less than perfect and they fail. I gave them a very low score. Then they had the nerve to call me, yelling at me, to voice their disgust with the score. I told them to never contact me again and I called Hyundai Customer Support to file a complaint and try to get rid of this car. Hyundai says they won`t do anything, it is an issue for the dealer. The dealer says I shouldn`t have been stupid enough to do business with them. I am telling you, this is beyond what I ever thought was possible for a local business to do to a customer. Over a year later (now), and I am still trying to find someone at Hyundai who will take care of this situation, as Cocoa Hyundai has been very clear. COCOA HYUNDAI DOES NOT DESERVE THE BUSINESS I GAVE THEM! Help yourself and find a dealer that actually cares about you as a customer, not one that just sees dollar signs and tries to take advantage of you.

Best new car dealer in Central Florida, Great Customer Service Very Professional
Just finished having my Hyundai Santa Fe serviced at Cocoa Hyundai. I had been hearing a terrible rattle in my car and brought my car to several hyundai service dealers in orlando florida.

Everytime they would look through the car, run the same inspections and never found the problem.. but it was a very loud rattle each time I would stop or accelerate or turn. This Santa Fe is not old, it`s a 2007 and only has... view more like 20 thousand miles.

Anyway, a friend of mine always makes the drive from Orlando to cocoa hyundais service department and said I should try them. I was about to just trade this santa fe in it was so annoying.

Well it took cocoa hyundais service guys about 30 minutes to figure out that one of the previous repairs made at a orlando dealer had left a nut from a screw driver inside the dash from an AC repair and that was causing the annoying rattle. Problem solved thanks cocoa hyundai!

The best thing other then getting rid of the mystery rattle was how the guys actually LISTENED! They didn`t just go tear it apart like the other dealers and run all the same diagnostics that didnt work. After I showed them the noise they zeroed right in on it. Awesome job, I will make the drive back to Cocoa in the future for all my service.
