I came in on a Sunday afternoon and test drove a Focus Hatchback and an Escape. I went home and did some research on both. I decided to research the Fushion also. I had one for 8 years and felt the car was a good value however did not want the same car again. After I saw the new body style and researched I decided to try again. This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Gary Yeomans Ford in the last three years and every experience has been a good one. Kristen was especially helpful and more than willing to assist us in any way she could, including a follow up call to see what we thought of our new vehicle. We live 2 miles from another Ford dealer but always take the drive to Daytona because of the best deal and the great service.

after much haggling we arrived at a negotiated ney payment of 6685 when presented with the [urchase ordre it was 8000 plus w2hen questioned we were told that was dealer preparatio 2000 plu taxes etc we walked out furious at what we perceived as atrocious deceptio. as we app-rroached our ford explorer they knocked on their window and gave us a tnumbs up on tne bet 6685 ststing a retail price of 24000 wegot home and ... view moreunfortunately saw an add for an escape at 25000 marked down to 17999.it leaves me with a sour feeling that this was never presented to us abd ifeel we paid too much for our car.rubin was very helpful in finalyzing our exchange of cars else rating would be worse I would hope an additional discount would be given to us
