AVOID!!! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!

Damaged my vehicle while towing it - said they used a flatbed when witnesses saw it being pulled away on a hook. Refused to allow me to inspect the vehicle before paying for it, a felony in violation of Florida Statute 715.07 2(a)(9). AVOID!!! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!! ... Ahh yes, that would be the Frank who told me that I was confused because "there are a lot of laws about towing" despite the fact that I ... view moreclearly know which one applies. It is sad that a business governed by a single state statute has no idea what`s in that one statute nor does it have any intent to follow it - including... you guessed it... proper signage. Frank, maybe you could read that statute and tell me if putting a sign 14 inches off the ground and in the bushes is sufficient per Florida law? You know, since there are so many towing laws... at least I pointed you in the correct direction.
