Perfect Mazda Dealership

We knew we wanted a Mazda CX7 before we went to look at the inventory at Sport Mazda. We had read so many wonderful reviews that we decided to start there. Thankfully, it ended there, too. Nader was our salesman. He was very accommodating and knew when to talk and when to listen. When we finished the test drive we knew the CX7 was for us. Everything went SO quickly once we were inside. Lenny was the best and got us the most amazing interest rate (2.75% thank you very much). Ross finished the deal and got us out with an awesome extended warranty. This was so refreshing! I`ve purchased more than 5 new cars. Those deals were never shorter than 5-6 hours. I`m even thinking about trading in my other car for another CX7 (of a different color of course)!

Service department is a rip off!

I called sport Mazda the other day and spoke to their service department. We were having a small problem with our car and after explaining the problem, they told us what was wrong and gave us a price quote. It was over $300 to have the thermostat replaced. Not giving in to the first quote we received, we had a second opinion done by a repair shop that had certified Mazda technicians. With the cost of the part and the... view more labor we paid right over $100, $104 to be exact! The service department at this dealership is a huge rip off! They were going to charge us triple what the repair actually cost. We will never bring our car to sport Mazda for any type of repair or service ever again! We were contemplating trading in our current Mazda for a new one but if we do, it will not be with sport Mazda! They were blatantly trying to take advantage of their consumer!!
