WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. THIS IS A SMALL SHOP WITH OLD TIME VALUES. THEY DO THE WORK THEM SELF. THEY DON`T HAVE TO WORRY WHETHER THERE EMPLOYEE IS DOING THE WORK RIGHT OR NOT DOING IT AT ALL.
