Horrible

This place had screwed my husband and I over twice. We went there to buy a car and a SUV. We signed the paper work and left with the vehicles we wanted. Then we got a call 3 weeks later telling us that there was a problem with financing and to come back. The bottom line was that we could keep the car, but we had to return the SUV. The bank wouldnt finance the SUV. They asked me to choose a car instead because the ban... view morek would finace both cars. A couple of weeks later I choose a car. We signed the paper work and off we went. THEN 3 weeks later another call. We would have to come up with money down!!!! WTF?! If we didnt come up with money down we would have to return the car. So the next day while tring to come up with the money the came to my JOB and TOOK the car; without waring. They left me there stranded! When I called the sales guy to see what was going on he told me it wasnt his problem, and HUNG UP on me!!!! On top of all this when I called to get a copy of the paper work I signed (they never gave us a copy) I got the run around! They sure are nice to you until financing falls through, then ""your on your own"". Please DO NOT go to this place. Do your research. There are hundreds of claims from people who went through the same thing as me and my husband.

Nightmare

My son and my husband went to buy a used vehicle from these people. They said my husband would be a co-signer only. Once all the papers were signed and we left, my son realized that they used my husband`s name as the buyer and his as the co-buyer. They will not change it because they said that since my husband`s credit is better that`s why it came out first. I don`t feel comfortable with this, neither does my hus... view moreband and son. We went back to return the vehicle and they would not let us. The paperwork has not been sent to a finance company yet, since they said they would wait until 3/10/07 for our closing of the new house. We were there yesterday, 2/20/07. They said they would change the name on the documents to show my son`s girlfriend`s name and my husband`s. But why can`t they put her as the primary buyer, which she is, and she`s the person who actually put the down payment. But the receipt for that has my husband`s name. I feel something is wrong here! Can someone help!!!

Worst service

Extraordiarly EXPENSIVE dealership, simple diagnostic test 115 $/ after which changing starter was quoted 720 $ on a 1999 Chevy Cavalier. Highway roberry. Unbelievebly rude service people, did not take their time to thorougly check the car. They offer a ""free"" 27 point inspection on which the paperwork was not even completed. Superfical, expensive and marginal sevice. Stay away from this con style dealership .
