Great Experience & Savings

So I go to Mercedes Benz of SRQ and tell them I`m having problems with my convertible top...their response is, ""You need a new hydraulic pump, that will be $2,400.00""... My response, ""No thanks."" I take it to Renn Haus on Clark Center Avenue and they say, ""You need fluid, and that will be $220.00"". I highly recommend Renn Haus to anyone needing service on their cars. Great Experience

I want to write this thank-you.......

Jeff and I picked up my car about 2 weeks ago and promptly left for a short vacation in the mountains of NC (to cool off!), so I didn`t get a chance to send a thanks for the supreme service I received (and my car) from Pete.... It was all my fault that I missed the scheduled Wednesday appointment that Pete had set up to repair my seats in the Z... Some friends came in from out of state and called to play golf. Wel... view morel, when someone asks me to play golf, anything else on my radar screen gets shoved aside as though it never existed! I felt terrible for missing my appointment on that Wednesday, and Pete let me bring the car in on Thursday. When Pete had more work to do on another car, I felt completely comfortable in telling him to take his time with the other car, because the work on my car was more-or-less cosmetic. But when he said he would need to keep it over the weekend, I was fine with just bringing it home and waiting for a better time. I had a lot of errands to run over the weekend to prepare for our trip. Well, that little honey-pie named Pete came back to work and worked until the wee-hours to finish my car so I could come and pick it up and not have to reschedule. I know he has a family.... For him to take time away from his family and show such dedication to me, just a customer, really makes me know I have my car in the right hands, and that you all care about the work and the services you provide. That was a perfect example of EXACTLY WHY I DO NOT USE THE DEALERSHIP HERE IN SARASOTA!!!!!! --- The dealership here made me feel invisible, unimportant, and not valued even for the dollars I would pay..... THANK YOU, AND PETE for continuing to give me all the reasons I need to keep coming back to your Renn Haus. I know you know I hope to not have to see you anytime soon, but I hope you know too that I will never go anywhere else should I need you all again for my little baby car..... Would love to see you at Libby`s! Let Jeff or me know when you`re coming, or when you`re there and we`d love to buy you a drink, dessert, or whatever and say hello....... Thank you all so much.

Super Maintenance for my Porsches

I just got my Boxster back from Renn Haus of Sarasota and I am delighted. They have restored the responsiveness to my Porsche. I am very impressed with their knowledge and skill. I toured their facility and saw the number of high end German cars they were working on. This is the only place I will let touch my two Porsches from now on.
