I bought a car in this dealer and they took my car as trade in, I told them rims and audio system of my car were not include on the deal, (Alvin) told me is ok, I was supposed to pick it up the next day and when I went to pick it up Alvin didn`t let me pick it up, he said the deal was already done and I had an investment more than $ 3,000 dollars between rims & audio system. Dealer failed to obtain financing and blame me for insufficient proof income. Manager(tony) & All three owners accepted proof of income submitted. Purchased a 2004 Acura MDX white suv 06/08/2013 and was told the bank approved the loan. My trade in and actual cash down payment was not clearly stated in the contract. They gave me a packet of copies which was incomplete (I didn`t notice because I was too happy abou... view moret my "purchase".) They said the proof of income I had submitted was sufficient. A few days later they started calling stating the bank was requesting a bank statement I had previously told the manager that I couldn`t provide bank statements- he said what I had was ok. I called the bank soon after the dealer called me and said everything was fine and not additional paperwork was needed. This went on for the next 2-3 weeks. The dealer would call me and then I called the bank only for the bank to state everything was ok. I finally decided to confront the dealer because they started threatening to repo the car. I told him at the dealership that the bank they were using was a shady one and that they`re practices were shady as well. I spoke to the car salesman, then the manager, then the secretary, then two of the owners. They all said a refund was not going to be given period. One of the owners took me into his office because I requested the copies of the contract and was not given copies instead he told me he knew a guy that could fabricate some paystubs to get the loan approved with another bank with a better interest, I declined stating that Im not going to compromise my integrity to get a deal to go thru. I requested my trade in be returned and my cash down payment refunded in full, he forwarded me to the another owner. He told me he would not give me a damn thing and I was crazy not to let me finance the car for me on his dealership behalf. He also stated that I was legally obligated to pay the car off to him because I had already signed a contract with his name on it- which once I reviewed the wording his dealer name is there to make the deal on behalf of the bank. After I declined to sign a new contract for them to submit to the bank and adding on an additional $500 he said his dealership would finance the car, I said no and he quickly got angry saying I owe him the balance for the car. There is so much said to me I was insulted by the sales guy, the secretary and the manager plus one of the owners- I don`t want to write it all down at this time. End of story I received my trade in back and they refused to refund my entire down payment. Once I received copies of the contract I signed on 06/08/2013 I saw that there is a form that I and the dealer signed stating that if they are unable to obtain financing for the vehicle all down payments and anything used for down payments should be refunded in full upon the vehicle being returned to the dealer on 06/19/2013.

They are terrible. They sold my wife a LEMON!!!!!! Mark is a real a-hole no people skills what so ever. They have no customer service skills from the receptionist on up to the manager. I am a military vet currently supporting our soldiers overseas and that is how they do me. My fellow veterans and decent hard working Floridians BEWARE and do not give them your time or money. For starters when I left the lott my engine was SHAKING had barely any oil no coolant alignment all messed up no power steering fluid no spare tire they put ARMOR ALL all over the parts under my hood to make it seem as if everything was fine I asked them to change my VERY BALD TIRES they rotated them instead and gave me a hard time when I asked them to fix my car then before i got on the road I filled up my tank whic... view moreh read E for about 5 miles then it jumped up to full I stay in Tallahassee so in order to get my roders fixed they had to find someone so they called around to find the CHEAPEST place then proceeded to tell the man to REUSE MY CAR PARTS and do the bare minimum just to shut me up then told me they`d get everything fixed but denied it when I brought it back up pretty much told me if I didn`t have it in writing that it was NEVER SAID altogether the repair for my car will ultimately cost ME $2900 this is AFTER I bought the car & they insured me everyone leaves happy but infact that has been proven to be a LIE Thanks MG Auto Sales but no thanks & feel free to email me I have PICTURES & diagnostic reports to PROVE it all below he says that they sell used cars not new but that doesn`t make it ok to give someone a car that`s MESSED UP they have beautiful cars just make sure to look UNDER THE HOOD its all kind of hidden problems just like the guy says in the complaint labeled WARNING below also be careful of the good reviews because they do some of them pretending to be a customer so it will make it seem like theyre the best .

WARNING!!!!! I purchased a car from MG Autos in Orlando in November 2012. The car had numerous hidden problems, which I began to notice almost immediately. There were several hidden bumper repairs, missing parts (nothing major in the engine thankfully), and they really earned the name SHADY car salesmen. Even after inspecting the car mildly and taking note of several repairs, I was still interested in the car. I noti... view moreced a taillight that was spider cracked completely throughout the whole taillight assembly (And yes it held water when it got wet), and I mentioned that as a safety concern. I mentioned to the owner of MG Autos, a man named Darnell, that if the taillight was fixed I would purchase the car. He agreed to the repair and started the paperwork. I was even so diligent as to have the repair noted on the legal "We Owe" sheet included in the deal. And when Darnell mentioned that it would be time consuming to repair the light at his dealership, I even offered to repair it myself if he would simply send me the part!! The SADDEST thing about all of this is that I felt as if I would never receive the taillight, and I NEVER have. I put my trust in the OWNER of MG Autos (who gave me his word that it would be ordered and in by the following week). Now over a month and a half later, he has stopped answering my calls and anyone else I get a hold of at the dealership just gives me the run around. TERRIBLE DEALER!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
