Completely unprofessional. I am a student living in Miami, and originally from Clermont. So, naturally I contacted the internet sales rep at Headquarter describing what I was looking for. Meanwhile since I was in Miami I went to the dealership here and got a quote for a new civic. Upon leaving the dealership I contacted Josh (internet sales manager) and gave him the details of the deal (price of new car & amount... view more for trade). It being the last day of the month he guaranteed I could get a deal and even asked the manager a couple things while on the phone. He assured that if I drove up that day they could give me a better deal (and drove back down the next for class). Upon arriving at the dealership (4 hrs later) Josh introduced me to a sales rep and we went through the processes. The first quote they brought to me was $4000 over the other dealer! Apparently there was no communication going on at this dealer at all! I then demanded they either give me this ????better deal???? or I was leaving. So I showed them the details of the other quote (which I already explained extensively over the phone) and then I was asked if they went down by $250.00 would I sign. Which is where it just became too much. After some bickering and expressing my anger for what they put me through to get nothing I called the sales rep at the other dealer. Dana at Aventura Honda, (who is awesome and still extremely helpful a week later) proceeded to try and drop the deal $500 to compete with their offer. Although the manager denied the drop they included a free window tinting and agreed to give me the special APR the next day so I didn????t have to drive right back down. Headquarter on the other hand offered nothing further or any compensation of course. Headquarter Honda has to be one of the least proffesional business???? I have ever dealt with. Its one thing to just want to try to make money but to completely waste 8 hrs of my time, $160 on gas, offer me an initial deal $4000 over another dealer on a car w/ 2k miles and then give me the political bs like they don????t give a %$&# about anything is ridiculous

I must say, I randomly stopped by this dealership. I had no clue about this place, nor did I read any reviews. Normally, I research dealerships or go because I was referred. Not in this case, and that`s a good thing! However, I did read the Consumer guide on best buys. Honda had great reviews on their CRV?ˆ™s. Although, the CRV is a great car, I was shifted elsewhere. I didn?ˆ™t expect a response; however, the response was warm and sincere. I said to myself, ?ˆ?Who are these people??ˆ? John?ˆ™s customer service was above average. He made me feel like I have been a long time customer. A customer they will never forget, because I know, I won?ˆ™t forget the experience and will remain a long time Honda fan. Little did Honda HeadQuarter know, I was looking for a life-time dealership, one I could grow old with, thanks HeadQuarter Honda, you won my loyalty and am sure my family will begin to migrate with you to..BTW, good luck with them LOL. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring and i know it took us till midnight to close the deal but John and the staff was there till the end.. Great Service
My wife and I were looking for a car that would suit our needs at our price range. We decided to visit Headquarter Honda in Clermont, Fl to see if we would find what we were looking for. He was polite, efficient, and professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediately came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusiastic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for. Soon after, we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. His co-worker Mike Jahangir was also involved in our case and he, like Joel, was efficient, friendly and very professional. Thanks to both Joel and Mike my wife and I now have the car of our dreams. On Thrusday March 28, 2012 I came to Headquarter Honda because a month early I had purchased a car from Jarad Congleton and had changed addresses and due to the change I had not recieved my first bill. I love my Honda Civic
We went to Headquarter Honda hoping to trade in my 2000 Saturn for a new Honda Civic Hybrid or Honda Civic. I was a little disappointed at how limited the selection for a Hybrid was. I think they only had one or two on the lot and neither had the options i wanted. They said they checked all Florida Honda dealerships to see if there was a Hybrid with my options, but they came back and said no. I honestly don`t know if... view more they really looked because I felt they wanted to make a sale that day for a car they did have in stock. However, after saying all that, they had a great selection of 2012 Civics (non-Hybrid) with every option possible. I found a car I loved with all the bells and whistles, and it was on sale! Their financing options weren`t spectacular, but Andrew was looked at all sorts of number combinations and was willing to negotiate and wiggle the numbers around. Andrew was very friendly and very patient. He wasn`t incredibly knowledgable about the GPS and XM radio, but I was able to answer all of my questions by playing around with the system It is super user friendly. The purchasing process took absolutely forever. I think we were there for 5 hours. However, the staff there was really nice and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Andrew called me the next day to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. My tire pressure light came on after I got the car home, so I brought it back to their service department and they fixed it right away, making sure it was just low air and not any real problem with the tires such as a nail.
