Auto Unlimited Deerfield Beach
I thought Steve was better than average in terms of price and expertise. He makes you feel like your getting a good deal, while it ends up being average. Charged $600 for basic diagnosis and no name $200 distributor. Car didn`t run right the next day. Found very reasonable local guy who discovered it also needed plugs, wires, dist. rotor and cap. Steve also told me timing belt would go soon - said he could hear i... view moref ""flapping"". Turns out belt is fine, saw it myself today. More of the same stuff - mechanics trying to sell you what you don`t need, and hammering you on labor.

Steve is an honest, professional mechanic who runs an efficient shop. Saved me $650 as compared to estimate I had from a local franchise operation. On short notice he replaced distibutor in half a day, getting me back on the road. He also gave me some real insights regarding the remaining life of my vehicle and possible problems I might encounter going forward. This guy is really good at what he does!!!

Best Auto Repair in Broward County
Steve is the best mechanic in Broward County. I had an A/C hose go bad. He replaced and recharged the system. The other hose went bad after the pressure went up with the new hose. The car is 15 years old with low miles. He replaced the other hose and did not charge me for the second recharge. He could have. It has been done by other places.
