These people once tried to charge me OVER A HUNDRED BUCKS for a part/labor that cost around five dollars!!! It was the positive crankcase ventilator,a small ""elbow"" that simply ""plugs/snaps"" into a rubber grommet/hole on the valve cover.Then they responded to a vehicle accident/clean up on I75 that involved my sons truck and four wheeler,they sent TWO trucks-one for the wrecked pickup AND one for the four wheele... view morer(got thrown OUT of the bed of the truck),charged us $800 worth of ""clean up""!! I asked a very close friend to go grab that four wheeler,but they would NOT let him!! Walking in this place of bussness I have a very hard time dealing with how rude they are!!Twice bitten....

$350 to get car towed from acc...

$350 to get car towed from accident 15 miles away to impound lot !! $90 paperwork fee, $75 Labor fee, $120 to hook it to the truck, when all said and done, almost $350 to get car towed from accident 15 miles away to impound lot, car was picked up within 24hrs of being towed. Oh, and 3 Guys that like to intimdate Families (Surrounded Car so you couldn`t leave), even though it wasn`t on thier property anymore, pointin... view moreg and yelling and trying to fling dirt and smoke from desiel truck muffler on me and the tow truck driver. Fees were paid and I just asked where the keys and car were . Thank God for the AAA Driver who showed up forcing them away from our cars and they still went out of thier way to yell crap at my family and drive at us when they left the shop. don`t go to this place alone !!!!! Oh, they also released the car without asking for ID. Going to call BBB and FHP and let them know tomorrow.
