Caution: "Rip offs" Quoting $3...

Caution: "Rip offs" Quoting $365. for tune-up and once they got the car they called with an emergency need of additional work needed, for an additional $2800. They were rude and nasty when I said I would need to wait a few weeks. Final cost when I picked up the car was $422. and that was ok, except the car ran better before they serviced it. Brought their quote to dealership and was told the work was not ne... view moreeded and I had to have the car reserviced. They sent an email reminding me of the service needed. When I replied with a "No thanks not happy with past servic". They sent a nasty reply along with a copy of the last invoice with the bottom of the invoice stating "Written off not paid" But I do save all reciepts and my copy says "Paid in full cash" Shady way to hide cash payments... If you have ever used this company save your receipts. I would not recommend to anyone... Caution they are not busy and must need to hard sell customers, which is a rip off way of doing business...

They have serviced my VW`s sin...

They have serviced my VW`s since 1999. They are professional, knowledgeable and have a clean and welcoming atmosphere (rare for most small care care centers). As they repair your vehicle, they keep you updated with any changes in the bill, reminding you of what is absolutely necessary. Complete rip-off prices

I was quoted 650 dollars for a bunch of repairs at one place and this place wanted to charge $1800! Repairpal estimates a valve cover gasjet at 250 they quoted 600 and they wanted 500 to change the ATF!!!

Great Service

I was skeptical in going anywhere other than the dealership to get my Jetta turbo engine serviced. However, after doing lots and lots of research I went with my gut and gave German Car Depot a try. I couldn`t be happier with my decision. Spoke directly with the owner, Alan who was very personable and honest. He was very thorough with my cars diagnostic. Great people, Peace of mind, and Fair Prices

I`ve taken my VW Beetle to them for years....and always had my mind at ease, knowing that they would always do the best for me. I didn`t have to question...I just trusted, and that is very unheard of in this day and age. I swear, I really thought about how I would not be able to take a MINI COOPER into them when I bought my MINI. Great service, great atmosphere....

I took my Audi A4 to the Audi Pembroke Pines dealer to get the brakes done, I was quoted $1500, German Car Depot wanted 1/3 of that. Needless to say G.C.D was who I took my car to. Thanks so much!

They only work on VW and Audi?s I wish they would work on my BMW. Fair prices and a very clean nice friendly atmosphere. The shop really knows everything about the cars they work on . The technician showed me the problem and walked me back to the waiting room . The repairs were fixed fairly fast and the whole experience was pleasant.
