Rude, On Hold 15 Minutes, NO HELP!!!

I called only to be hung up on the first time, called back and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. The person in the ""NO SERVICE"" department I spoke with was ""NO HELP""... They want you to bring your car in, not to mention a smart elleck on top of all things, he heard my husband in the background saying for me to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and he said ""all he is going to do is tell you the same ... view morething I am telling you""... What A Jerk.. If I have to Drive to Jacksonville, I will NEVER Take my Piece of Crap Catera to them to work on.. They will NEVER get my business... This is not my first experience with their RUDE staff... But you can believe it WILL BE MY LAST.... Will Never Grace them again with my business... Can not believe How Rude they are and are STILL IN BUSINESS...

Eh is too close to a compliment for them. I`m only checking the 1 star because I have in order to post this review.

I have had one issue after another with Palm Chevrolet since purchasing a vehicle from them in 2006.

After leaving their place of business today and being informed by Casey as I entered the door that leads to Rick Davis`s Offi... view morece, that I was to see him instead of Rick Davis, the service manager, I most certainly will be printing the papers out to file a consumer complaint in Tallahassee aganist this business and I would like to urge anyone that has had problems with them to do the same.

From the experiences that I have had with this business, I say that their is no honesty,ethics or integrity at this place of business. They`re just after anyone`s dollar that they can get - for as long as they can get you to come in there for so-call-service.

They Tried to rip me off

I recently received an ad from GM offering me an Oil Change for $29.95 so I took my Escalade to Palm Chevrolet/Cadillac. When I went to pick it up the bill was about $80.00. I asked Tracy, the service advisor, why it was so high and he claimed that he took it upon himself to use higher quality oil, and he was not going to adjust the bill.I then approached the service manager, Mr. Davis,who incidentally, I have been ... view moretold he is stuck up and he has job security because he is related to the owners. He brushed me off by telling me to see Tracy.Incidentally, the general manager, Mr. Lyons, also must think he is too good to return phone calls. Since this incident, I heard that I am not the only victim of Tracy`s overcharging. I have been a Cadi owner for many years and this has stopped my relationship with GM, since ultimately, GM is responsible for allowing their dealers to overcharge, especially when they are lured to the dealerships with advertisements they send out. As a consumer, my only option against these practices is to not do business with this entity again, and let everyone I can think of know, to keep their distance or to be on the lookout for the above mentioned practice.I am old enough to remember when the customer was alright right and coincidentally, GM`s business was booming and no one had to bail them out.

Avoid this dealership - the worst service, managment, owner of any Chevrolet dealerships

Rude Service Department. If your a woman, expect to get screwed. Don`t speak up or else the ""southern charm"" will brow beat you into submission. I was insulted because of my last name. My son was insulted because of his first & last name. I was told that if I had a name like that, I would change it!!! After filing a complaint with Chevrolet of America, everything changed. I was rude and they did not like me getting... view more ""nasty"" with them. My car problem stemed from a fuel injector problem. When I told them there was a technical service bulletin about misfiring, I was immediately told that ""That does not mean its our fault & don`t expect us to fix it for free"". I have never had to deal with a alleged service manager who had a Jethro Beaudine mentality. I will tell me family & friends, especially woman friends not to use this dealership. I am the paying Customer and I should not feel like a victim.
