Great dealership. No hassle buying experience. Philip Ballas great sales person and very patient. Recommended highly. Customer service during sale great. However when returned this Mon. To dealer to show them a defect in the front bumper. They sent me to there hollywood location to get it appraised instead of just saying we will fix it. Instead the manger Kevin who sat behind his desk said there is nothing on file for the truck and we don`t have to do anything and through appraisal in garbage. He was basically rude and could careless for the customer. That`s quite ok though Kevin I might just be one of many customers you have and don`t care, but believe me when I say I influence a lot of people and I will never recommend a Rob Lambdins dealership and I will be personally right the owner.

During the process of selecting new vehicles we dealt with numerous dealerships. University Dodge, and Ada Jimenez in particular created a great experience. We were allowed to buy rather than being sold. As a result we drove off the lot with the two vehicles we wanted. Awesome Deal + Easy-Peasy closing... You have to love the "Internet Pricing", I knew the no haggle price before I left me house. One trip for a test drive and to talk to the truck expert (Vince), and then back next weekend to close the deal. Vince had me all ready to rock and the whole process was just over an hour (I even had to wait 15 -20 minutes on financing as they were very busy).
