Took my car to be repaired here and what I got back was a mess. The paint job is absolutely atrocious and one of the tail lights was still popping out. The paint texture on the repaired parts is completely different from the rest of the car, the tail lights were replaced with used, scratched-up older models, and all the repaired parts were loosely set. My car is awful. I feel like I can rip it apart. I dare them to t... view morery to sell it back as a new car, but one can immediately figure out it`s been repaired. Their whole "like new" guarantee is a scam, and I`m completely dissatisfied and offended by their work. To top it off, when I complained about their low quality work, I received an attitude from their mechanic. They really did expect me to take the car back like that. I would not recommend Headquarter Toyota. It`s a waste of time and money. Maybe repairing it yourself would be a better option.

I bought my Prius with Brandon Cox and His business partner Boris Argudin. Brandon kept the process smooth moving and communicated effectively. Boris made sure to resolve my concerns and even picked me up as a courtesy. I have purchased cars many times, but felt very happy and comfortable that Boris and Brandon genuinely cared to see that I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

Headquarter Toyota beat my expectations

When I decided to make a purchase, I admit I was nervous and even hated the idea to have to go through countless hours of negotiating and finding the right deal. That is until I called Headquarter Toyota and spoke with Brandon Cox. His way of talking to customers is different. He actually took the time to address my needs. I don;t know what has changed but I decided to give headquarter Toyota another shot to earn my business because I needed a car and was hoping it would be quick and simple. Bottom line I called the Internet Department and got a price. When I got to the dealership I got the same price I was told on the phone and they even had the car ready for me. Bad Service

I visited the dealer yesterday and spoke with a sales person (sorry I do not remember his name) and was not getting no were with him. I explained that I`m already approved with a bank and just wanted to look at the cars and he was trying to convince me to run my credit again so he can see what car I???ˆ?™m approved for. I emailed Rafael Jaquez and he never replied back I also emailed Cindy and the same, no reply. After I walked away the sales man started Laughing saying she came to buy a car and she does not want us to run her credit after several times I explained him that I`m already approved and all I wanted is to see the cars. I would not recomment this dealer to no one because sales people here does not have no respect to their customers. Terrible service!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to Lehman Toyota instead. These guys are out to rip you off by making you spend money on unnecessary repairs. They also hire people who don`t speak English well enough to help you. I went there to get 2 keys programmed, and they tried to overcharge me because they couldn`t comprehend that the transponders were already programmed. They didn`t even know what transponders were. I never ... view moregot my keys programmed because the idiots told me that my receiver had a problem. I spoke to Lehman Toyaota who advised me that nothing is wrong with my receiver. It just requires a special code from one of their managers to unlock it. Headquarter Toyota was a terrible experience for me overall. Stay away!
