I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We were in an accident in June 2010 and the insurance company recommend Certified for our repairs. We had the vehicle towed to them and it took about 3 weeks to make the repairs. When we finally got the vehicle back and were driving it home when we noticed the vehicle was running hotter than usual. When it was in idle it would bounce from the mid line gage to the red... view more line gage. So we brought the vehicle back and apparently the tech didn`t put any coolant in the unit. The following Monday on the way to work the vehicle seized up and all the transmission fluid leaked from the vehicle. We had the vehicle towed back to Certified and they told us that the tech didn`t seal something correctly. We took the vehicle home for a third time and the A/C would blow hot air when the vehicle was in idle. We took the vehicle back and they told us that all the Freon was drained from the A/C when they did the repairs so they needed to fill it up. We left and the A/C continued to do the same thing. We were so upset with this company`s lack of knowledge that we did not take the vehicle back for a 4th time. It is now a year later and we still have the same problems. The A/C still does not work properly and blows out hot air when in idle. The vehicle does not run at the same temperature as it use to and it bounces up and down when in idle. Certified charged an arm and a leg for the repairs and the insurance company says the repairs are guaranteed for as long as we own the vehicle. But what am I suppose to do when Certified is the auto body that has to make those repairs? We will be trading in our vehicle and getting something new because Certified is not trustworthy or knowledgeable enough to make the necessary repairs.
