The service department here is amazing. I bought my car from these guys in 2005, and haven`t lived in Jax all that much since. I was back for the summer, and they were really helpful, even when they didn`t have to be. I am sitting in the waiting area now, because I came in to beg for an appointment to get my A/C worked on before I moved out of town the day after tomorrow. WiFi in the waiting room, and they let me print and fax things that were on a deadline. Freed up all of tomorrow for packing and prepping to move. Steve and Kevin are the best :)

Friendly People, Amazing Deal!

I recently visited Subaru of Jacksonville in my hunt for a quality pre owned vehicle that would keep my family safe. I have visited 5 of the other major car dealers in the Jacksonville area and knew within my first 15 minutes at Subaru of Jacksonville that this was where I would spend my hard earned money. He helped me to hand select the right vehicle that met all of my needs. I was concerned about pricing and so I took a day on my own to conduct pricing research in Jacksonville and close markets. Through my own research, I found that the Subaru of Jacksonville price was the cheapest I could find! I got a great deal and was treated like family. By far the best, friendliest, most helpful car dealers I have ever visited! It made buying a car easy and fun for my family!
