If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. They`re a gang of crooks and no one at Luxury Autos has any type of sympathy or decency. I went in, having never bought a car before in my life and knowing nothing of the process, because I had my eye on a 2009 Nissan they advertised at 9k. It was a Saturday afternoon and they are closed on Sundays. They ran my credit and said I was not approved and they would b... view moree trying with another lender on Monday since they would be closing soon, and they would get in contact with me. They told me that in the mean time I should put a deposit on the car to secure my purchase. I didn`t know I should not have done that at all! They charged me $200 and told me to expect a call on Monday and rushed me out the door. I was disappointed and I needed a car ASAP so I went to Toyota of Hollywood and ended up getting an impossibly GREAT deal on a brand new 2013 Corolla. Monday morning at 9 AM I call Luxury Autos and ask to speak with Angel, who was helping me with the purchase there, and they told me he would be in at 10 AM. Ok. I call at 10 AM and explain to Angel that I decided to go with another car and I would like my deposit back since I would no longer be purchasing the used Nissan. He says that the faxed-in approval was sitting on his desk as soon as he walked in and I could not get my $200 back because I was approved. I don`t care! I`m not buying the car! What the hell are they holding my money for?! The whole thing snowballed into a miserable battle and I never got my money back. I understand that it`s only $200 but their tact is appalling. I even ran a credit report and view my inquiries and the one and only inquiry on my credit was from Toyota of Hollywood. I asked Angel how the hell I got approved (since that was his argument for keeping my money) if he did not run my credit, and he faxed me a forged letter of approval from a lender in Miami. I even called the bank he forged a letter from and they said they had no record of me at all. These people are disgusting, stay FAR away.

The epitome of a "used car sal...

The epitome of a "used car salesman". I asked if there were any known mechanical issues. The salesman said no and that his mechanic had done a computer diagnostic which showed no issues. I had bought it from out of state, so I had to trust him. My mistake. When the car arrived there were three warning lights on. One of which was the windshield washer fluid, which was empty because the reservoir was crac... view moreked. I asked them about it and they said they had ordered a part, but hadn`t received it or installed it. The other main one was a coolant system issue. There was no coolant in the system at all, and it turned out to be a broken water pump, which is VERY expensive to fix. BOTH of these would have shown up on a diagnostic, AND the lights are VERY easy to see. They simply didn`t disclose any of this to me. Use at your own risk, and do not trust their word.
