Felt ripped off..
I know that businesses have to make money but this is ridiculous I was charged $40 for them to tell me they can`t figure out what is wrong with it without me paying them $80 just to put on a clip on my radiator hose. I definitely won`t be back again!!

questionable workmanship / ethics
I bought a used car from Jeff...he sold it to me claiming to have ""rebuilt"" the motor...""it should run forever"". Had a small oil leak right from the start. Oil leak is getting worse...it apparently needs one or more new oil seals. I made the mistake of assuming that ""rebuilding"" the engine would include oil seals. They either tried to save a buck and did not change the seals (when the engine was apart) or they... view more did a shoddy job on installing them. Either way I would be very wearing of letting them do anything more than change a tire!

Want a crappy brake job?? This is the place for you!!
I took my 2005 Toyota into Sonny`s last year to have my brakes done. They charged me over $400 for what they said was a complete brake job. Well, less than 3 months later my brakes started squeaking so I took it back in and they ""replaced"" the brake pads... about 2 months later it happened again. I went in a total of 4 times in one year to have my brakes redone because they just couldn`t do the job right the first ... view moretime. The last time I took it in they said it was the back breaks and it would be an additional $350. Needless to say I did not let them do the work. I took it into the dealership and they said the brake pads Sonny`s used were very cheap and that`s why they kept making noise and that there was nothing wrong with my back brakes. I wouldn`t even go there for an oil change if I were you!!!
