I purchased a 2003 Mercedes fr...
I purchased a 2003 Mercedes from the dealership and I live in Louisiana. I was told the vehicle ran great. Well, the car was delivered and had to be jumped to even get it off the delivery truck. The car would not remain running so I had it towed to Mercedes of New Orleans. Mercedes informed me that the fuel pump, sender units and rear sam control unit were bad. I was also informed that the problems were mainly due to... view more water damage and parts of the engine had standing water in it. The salesman also tried to overcharge me for the shipping and even had me send the shipping fee to him personally. I should have realized at that moment, but I don`t buy cars every day. So, I had put my trust in what I was being told by the salesman. I was told that I would be sent the difference of the shipping, but have not received it yet. I spoke with; I believe his name was Chase, when I called about the problems. He told me that all mechanics are liars and cannot be trusted and that Mercedes just wanted me to pay for repairs to make money. The best part is Mercedes advised me to not fix the car because it was not worth it. In the end I was told that it was my problem and if I wanted to sue them, and then go for it. I personally would be very very careful dealing with Florida Fine Cars, because there is nothing fine about the car or the dealings I have had with them. Although to be fair, I will say that Les was extremely nice. I wish he had been in the position to help me but he could not.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
DON`T GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!!!

Thanks to Florida Fine Cars
I`ve bought my first car from Florida Fine Cars and never had problems with car for several years. It was Mazda Millenia S with low milage and in very good condition.
When I see that somebody posting long bad reviews I believe these are just competitors, who cannot compete in a honest business competition.
Once again, my experience with Florida Fine Cars was very positive and I would recommend them to all my f... view moreriends.

Florida`s best used cars dealership
Florida Fine Cars is the best place to shop for a car. So far I`ve bought 3 cars from them and each time it was fast, professional and joyful experience. They are by far the kindest people you can meet, they have the best customer service and they make it their priority to get you what you want.

AAA rating for FLORIDA FINE CARS the best used car dealer
Many Thanks to FLORIDA FINE CARS and its professional staff for providing an exceptional service by advising me to choose a right vehicle for me and my family and their on going support after we made the purchase. I have already referred FLORIDA FINE CARS to few of my friends and relatives as I want them to experience the same level of professionalism that I have. My wife and I already decided to buy another car fr... view moreom them and cannot wait to go back and choose our second car with the help of their knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Best Car buying experience
This place makes you come back for you next car. Sales persons are always knowledgeable and never push you! They let me test drive as many cars as I wanted, before I decided on a particular car I loved!
Process was smooth and easy, they even let me pay with regular checks cause banks were closed already.
I am recommending this dealership to all my friends!

Worst car buying experience EVER!!!! Run away!!!!
UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE AS POSTED BELOW:
After posting up my story, filing complaints with various organizations including the BBB (of which FFC was not a member at the time of my complaint), I am pleased to say that Jamie Suid, Marketing Director / Customer Relations Manager at Florida Fine Cars was the first person to actually express a genuine interest in resolving the issues of my negative purchasing ... view moreexperience. Based on multiple e-mails back and forth I am comfortable telling everyone that FFC appears to have rounded a corner in terms of customer service. Jamie has not only addressed my concerns but has also reimbursed me for the Recall Letter that I had actually paid for as well as a missing owner`s manual that I was promised upon delivery of my vehicle.
In Jamie`s own words: We are in the process of improving exactly what you talked about. We have recently hired an outside professional to assist in not only building a new dedicated customer service team but also to re-instill the positive nature of our brand that our ownership has built over the last 20 years we`ve been in business. To be quite frank with you we recently had a rapid expansion and seemingly some core training was lost in the process. When situations like yours arise we attack them very seriously, some of the folks you worked with are no longer with our team.
The above was taken word for word from an e-mail sent to me in response to my concerns and I am pleased that some of the individuals that I had worked with during the course of my vehicle purchase are no longer employed by FFC and lying to other customers. For anyone that has concerns about purchasing a vehicle through FFC I would say that the new individuals at the firm are working very hard in order to move their business into a positive direction and suffice it to say that if you have realistic expections when purchasing a used car (I have nothing negative to say about the quality of vehicles they sell - mine was strictly a service-related issue) you will be taken care of especially with Jamie Suid at the healm.
Thank you again Jamie for all of your help! I very much appreciate it!
MY ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE PRIOR TO JAMIE SUID ADDRESSING MY CONCERNS (Note, some of the individuals I dealt with are no longer there so you may expect to receive completely different service than what I did!!!) Chase Sattler (GM), Barbara (Sales Manager) and Freddie (Sales Rep) are as deceiptful as they come! This dealership is an absolute joke and I don`t know how they stay in business! NOTE: For links on how to file a complaint against this dealer, refer to the bottom of this message.
Due to text limitations my complete story is available on Dealer Rater. In summary I paid for and was promised the following which were NEVER delivered:
- Official Recall Letter from BMW showing no outstanding recalls (I had paid $280 for this and without this letter I will be forced to export the vehicle back to the US at considerable expense and loss)
- Navigation DVD
- Owners Manuals
- 30-Day Temporary Tag
I even have e-mail correspondence from Mr. Sattler) himself and yet he refuses to acknowledge my concerns or reimburse me for extra money that was paid. They simply DO NOT CARE!
FOR ANYONE THAT HAS GOTTEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS DEALER, CONTACT: State of lorida, Division of Motor Vehicles at: www.flhsmv.gov/dmv/BUR_Field_Ops_Address.pdf
and send them this form: www.flhsmv.gov/dmv/forms/BRE/84901.pdf
Note: This department cannot help you if you do not have something in writing from the dealer on the Bill of Sale (this is my problem and my lesson learned). They can however note the complaint and if everyone gets on board and submits their complaint this will have an impact! People like this do not deserve to be in business!

FLORIDA FINE CARS
It was a pleasure purchasing my 128i BMW with Florida Fine Cars, the atmosphere and experience was professional and very friendly. I came to this dealership because I continue to noticed so many cars on the street with your company name around the license plate, therefore, I said, something have to be good about this dealership. Therefore, I searched your website inventory and found a variety of cars, but the 128i wa... view mores the ""eye catcher"", especially in person. Thank God! the first visit was a WINNER!! Special Thanks to George Monty (Salesman), Joseph Ghattas, Bruce Sutton, and Chase Sattler, you guys are the BEST!!! I highly recommend your company! :o)

Stay Clear of These Crooks!!
I signed up for this website just to warn everyone about these guys!! I bought a `97 Miata ""as-is"" in August 2011 and the car had always had problems - even when I test drove it. The transmission was slipping, it would stall ALL the time and the whole car shook when it was stopped. One day, about a month (only a month!!) after having it the car started over-heating and steam was coming out of it...panicked I took i... view moret over to my mechanic who looked in the radiator to find that ""SOMEBODY"" had put a sealant into the head-gasket to cover up a crack. Needless to say - the WHOLE engine had to be replaced because the sealant went bad, went through the whole motor and destroyed it! i still owe $1400 on the car and since it cost me $2000 to get it running again I am trying to get them to forgive the balance - hmmm, interesting how when they want a payment or to sell you a car everyone is really friendly and calls on time, but now that I need something from them? The owner is on ""vacation"" and the general manager can`t seem to be found no matter when I call!

Sales Staff Were Clueless
The salesman acted like an idiot and treated me like one too. He actually pointed out another costumer on the lot and told me his credit score was terrible and that he couldn`t get approved for the vehicle I was test driving.
Also, just because people don`t use their real names for a screen name doesn`t mean they are competitors. Do yourself a favor and read all of the reviews (positive and negative), then go look... view more the dealership up at the Better Business Bureau web site (not allowed to post links here) and check out their F rating.
I`m sure not every car they sell ends up a nightmare, but there are enough bad signs out there for me to steer clear.

Please don`t listen to these bad reviews.
Please don`t listen to the bad reviews about this dealer. It`s a dishonest competition that post these bad reviews, trying to discredit Florida Fine Cars.
I`ve been buying cars from them for over 12 years! If you don`t believe me - research FL Department of Vehicles public information and see for yourself. Look at the topic - It`s my real name, not a Mariana24 or Carbuyer777. I stand for I write in here and for t... view morehis reason submit my real name, `cause what these people write anonymously is not true!!!!!!!!
Amir and Ramin, who started this business, are the MOST HONEST dealers I`ve met since I moved to South Florida in 1997. They`ve been so good to me that I have referred dozens of people to them (including some friends from Texas and Virginia) - all of them love Florida Fine Cars and CONTINUALLY buy cars from these guys.
The internet is supposed to be a great public resource. Instead, it is becoming a powerful defamatory source for dishonest competition. When some people cannot compete, they start raving bad about the right companies on the market.
Just use your own judgment - If you lived in Hollywood area for the last 10-15 years, you have seen car dealers on 441 go out of business, and at the same time you have seen Florida Fine Cars grow and prosper. Recently, they open a new dealership in the area south of County Line with Miami Gardens on 441.
This place is 7-8 times bigger than the one in Hollywood.
Now tell me - if a dealer sells bad cars and cheats on it customers - How is that growth possible????!!!!!!!!!!!
Any reasonable person will agree with my logic, so please disregard the bad stuff you can read online, because SATISFIED customers don`t rave - they celebrate!!
And If you want to see us (SATISFIED CUSTOMERS) - name a place in Ft. Lauderdale and you are going to meet hundreds (if not thousands) of satisfied and RETURNING customers of Florida Fine Cars.
God bless them!
