Wife took the car to get tires balanced and rotated because the tires were unfortunately purchased from Tire Kingdom. They said the rear brakes were bad and needed to be replaced for $400. She declined the work and took the car to our mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. This company has been known to use upcharges and anyone sould be very careful when doing business with these guys. Don`t make the same mistake I did!!

Caveat Emptor, stay away from this store. I had a bad experience to the tune of $1000.00 when the management doctored an invoice to increase costs and then covered over the ""services"" that weren`t rendered but were charged for, when presenting me with the estimate. To make matters worse I burned the $1000.00 when the repairs that were done destroyed my front end. I cost me another $1000.00 to fix the damage thes... view moree incompetents wrecked on my car.
