WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I took my Dodge Caravan to this place at the recommendation of a friend who owns a local car lot ther in Lakeland. My vehicle had stalled on Memorial Boulevard and I got it running enough to get it to him without having to have it towed. They said they would look at it and be fair with me. First they said it was the EMC..the computer for the engine. They said they could not locate one locally, however, I found one lo... view morecally for them. That item they upcharged me $112.00 on the bill after me findig it for them. I told them they could have it pre flashed just by giving the VIN and actual mileage which they did not do they charged me $55 to have it towed to Bartow and $45 to have it towed back. It still was not running good so they said they would have to look into it further. Scott, the owner, told me himselfthat he had to call the Dodge gealer in Bartow to find out what to check and found out it was te wiring harness for the fuel injectors, he ordered that and installed it and it was running good, however, he informed me when he calle that the A/C was not working and he had no idea what was wrong with it. I went to pick it up AFTER THEM HAVING IT 7 DAYS and the A/C was still not working, however, he insisted that I pay the bill amouning to $1624.00 plus change even though the van was not fixed and told me he expected ME to pay for the A/C work. The A/C worked perfectly when I took it in and Dodge in Bartow told him that the EMC had nothing to do with the A/C.No it is 8 days later they put over 40 miles on my van , I have paid them over $1600 and I still do not hae my van running with A/C. These guys are supposed to be ""ace"" mechanics, having to call the dealer and ask them what to do......I don`t think so. Steer clear of this shop, they will create more work than you can pay for!! You do NOT want these people to touch your car. Scott also informed me that he ""thought"" there was gas in the oil and threw awat $60.00 worth of Royal Purple Oil I just had changed. Again...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They screw things up and expect you to pay for it!!
