Gregs has always done great work to my bike. Ive had exhaust put on, carbs jetted, and new tires. Staff has always been good and kind. I have no complaints. My dad has had work done on his bike also. Its was sitting for years. Gregs got it up and running and it has been running great for over 3 years! I will bring my bike to Gregs no questions asked.

I have a Honda Shadow, it had an ugly paint job on it and a dent on the side of the tank. I took it in to Gregs and they did an excellent job painting it & fixing the dent, and all within my budget. I was very happy with the work they did and would never go anywhere else.

I went to Greg`s to have the motorcycle my deceased husband built repaired and in running condition. They were so professional, and understanding, and the bike sounds better now than it did before! I will never go anywhere else, they treat you like they`ve known you for years!!

My husband got hit while riding his bike. The insurance company sent the check directly to Greg`s. Three weeks later and we still don`t have the bike back. Apparently once they get paid they don`t care how long it takes to get your vehicle back to you. They`ll get to it when they feel it`s convenient to them. It`s too bad the insurance company will only use this place. We`ll be filing a complaint in the hopes that Ge... view moreico will learn their lesson and find a better place to do business with.

DON`T GET YOUR BIKE FIXED HERE
Do not have any repairs or other work done here. This place is a serious rip off and will take advantage of you. It also appears that things are now broken on my husband`s bike that weren`t before we brought it to this shop. Way overpriced, slow, and cause damage. I went out of my way to write this review, and didn`t even have a CitySearch account. PLEASE DON`T GO TO GREG`S CUSTOM CYCLES. PERIOD. Check other review s... view moreites as well before taking your bike here. Also, they slapped us in the face by giving us a free T-Shirt after we paid the $1,039.00 bill. This place is an insult to the consumer. Spare yourself.

WATCH OUT WITH THIS MOTORCYCLE REPAIR
I wish I read the reviews before I took my 2007 road king
to this ""shop"" they claimed they did a bunch of motor
work that I never even authorized and like other people
I heard from they hammered the crap out of my credit card.
The owner is a RIP OFF just like the other reviews warn
you about. The reviews on the Yahoo web site finding this place have bad reviews also. I`m not the kind of person that writes revi... view moreews but man save you time and money this shop is truly the worse shop around. One of the other reviews that this place should be investigated by the state of Florida, I completely agree
STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID

The owner is a flat out rip off. He id a bait and switch from when he opens his mouth. If you bring him a part he will
tell you that the part was broken in the box, he he goes
and puts his own part on at a price that was double of
what the part costs. then he say`s that one of his
employees said I called and said I O.K.ed that deal !!
This place is pure B#LL SH#T

Expensive lesson to learn about Greg`s Custom
They broke my motorcycle and refuse to do anything about it. I took my bike there for some simple exhaust work. Greg`s Custom advised me ""with the exhaust work I would also need to have a new jet kit installed on the carburetors"". ALMOST $500 for this work. Bike was running perfectly when I dropped it off. (I just wanted it a little louder and the jet kit is supposed to give the bike a little more speed.) I picked ... view moremy bike up the next day and it was running very sluggish. Greg`s Custom looked at it again and found that thecarburetor was flooding the rear cylinder with gas causing it to run only on one cylinder. They tried to tell me that the damage was already there prior to their work on the jet kit and that they could fix it for me in less that half an hour for an extra $40. I just wanted my bike back so I agreed to have them do whatever was needed to get it fixed. Half hour turned into a day. A day turned into a week. They still could not get my motorcycle to run properly. I finally asked them to give me the bike back so I can get another bike shop to work on it for me. Within 15 minutes of my bike being at the new shop. The new mechanic advised me that there was no signs of old damage on the carb. While working on the jet kit, the technician from Greg`s Custom was unable to get the screws removed on the carburetor. He stripped the screw heads and was pressing against the wall of the carburetor with the screwdriver so hard that he cracked the carb. Their way of fixing this problem was using JB Weld to cover the hole they made. Air is still leaking through the hole and causing all the issues. I called Greg and told him of the situation and asked him for my money back. He said NO. He told me that they did not break the carb and they would not reimburse me. They did the work required of them and no money was to be reimbursed. They should pay for the carburetor work needed, give me my money back and reimburse me for loss of transportation. All I am asking for is my money back. Better Business Bureau has been contacted and I will be taking them to court if necessary.
