My search for a new car started several weeks ago. After taking a firsthand look at several crossover vehicles and researching important factors like mileage and safety ratings, my wife and I decided to go with the Mazda CX-5 Touring. The next step was the daunting task of visiting dealerships and negotiating. Just the thought of visiting different dealerships turned us off since a visit to any showroom usually consi... view morests of high pressure sales and bait and switch tactics. So we decided to try a different approach and we used an online tool to requests quotes from several local Mazda dealerships.
Robert Kesser from Lehman Mazda was the first person to contact me via phone and email. Throughout the process, Rob was by far the most responsive salesperson. He answered all of my questions in a very professional, patient and courteous manner. I never felt any pressure and he never played any games. In an industry full of overly aggressive salesman looking out only for their pockets, Robert`s honest approach was absolutely refreshing. He was always more than willing to negotiate in our favor and kept pushing to drop our price. The more I interacted with him, the more I realized that he wasn`t just another car salesman. All in all, we worked with about 6 or 7 dealers throughout South Florida and Lehman Mazda kept coming back with very competitive prices. But what really sold us was their top notch customer service. Keep in mind that when you`re buying a new car, you`re also "buying" into a new partnership. Having said that, we`re very happy and incredibly satisfied that we bought from Lehman.
I also need to thank Al Silva. In Rob`s absence, he stepped in right away to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Again, no games, no pressure, no confusing salesman speak. Al is a straight-up guy that is out to change the mindset at car dealerships. He`s doing an amazing job.
Lastly, thanks to Raul Rovira. The dealership was closed for the day and he stayed over one hour later to calmly review some of the features and cool gadgets of our new vehicle. That`s the kind of service that made buying at Lehman Mazda the best car purchasing decision we ever made.
If you`re looking for a Mazda, save yourself the trouble and go straight to Lehman. Ask for Rob Kesser or Al Silva and I promise that you won`t be disappointed! We absolutely love our CX5!

WARNING: THIS DEALERSHIP IS CREATING SCAMS TO BRING OLD CUSTOMERS BACK AND TELLING THEM TO CALL THEIR OLD BANK AND RETURN THEIR CAR CREATING A REPO ON THE CUSTOMERS CREDIT. Javier advised her to call the bank for her 2008 mazda and tell them that she could no longer pay for the car for them to pick it up. Everything was great and my mom was loving her new car until 45 days later she gets a call from the dealership saying that the banks do not want to approve the car because a recent repo showed on her credit. They told her she needed a cosigner or to return the car. We advised them that we would call the next day as we were trying to find a solution given that she had gotten as screwed as she could from them. To our surprise the next morning the car was gone!!! This was a monday and they told us we had until the weekend. They took the car when we were told we had until the weekend to fix it, and her personal belongings that were in the car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND WILL COME UP WITH ANY SCAM NECESSARY TO "TURN OVER" THEIR NEW CARS!!! HORRIBLE DISHONEST PLACE.

I purchase my car here back in 2011 and since my experience was ok, I referred someone there. I regret that I every referred that person till this day! Bruce Rosenberg is the worst car sales person ever! He is inpatient, unprofessional, and not to add a fat piece of lard! The only helpful person there was Ron, Ron you rock! WHY is it soooo COMPLICATED?
Have had my Mazda for four years and have had the misfortune of having to deal with this dealship. I love my car but, this dealer is a nightmare. Just try calling to speak to a service advisor about your car. With so many companies offering the ""next level"" of service you would think that these people would step up their game. No customer service
After sending online an inquiry for a Santa Fe, I received 5 emails of welcome and 4 phone calls from different people acknowledging my request. An appointment was made. This must be good , I said. I submitted a second inquiry about the same car. I wanted it . Same procedures as above. I parked the car at their mazda location. First salesperson told me that he will get the person I was set up to meet. A second salesperson offered me to located him. The speakers announced my presence in the parking lot. Elapsed 20 minutes no one showed up and I left. So I understood this dealer does not need to sell car. It is just a facade and I will not return there for my future purchases.

Worst Place Ever
I was looking for a particular car I wanted. I had the add printed and all. I Arrived there and a sales man rushed up to the door of our car scaring me then when i told him what I wanted and showed him the paper he said the car was at a diffrent dealership. They dont give two poops about customers at all. I ended up getting ahold of the correct dealership and it took me a half hour to find out if they had the car or not. They did but at that point i was so frustrated I decided not to give them buisness. I instead when to Royal Palm Mazda Had the best experience ever and bought my car from them.

Worst place to buy or repair a car! Stay away !!!
Stay away or be screwed. Lehman dealerships have bunch of people working in their sales, finance and service departments that only care about the first $ and do not care about customer satisfaction. They make racist remarks, sell bad products, give incorrect estimates and refuse to fix what you paid for!

Do not do repairs here
I had a really bad experience having work done on my car at Lehman Mazda. They quoted me $50.00 for a repair and then when I went to pick up my car they tried to charge me $500 for work not approved by me. After speaking to manager after manager I finally got them to put the old part back on bc nothing was actually wrong with it. A week and a half later I finally got my car back for a simple repair.
