Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life

The owner Bob was horrible. They had my car for 8 hours and told me I had sensors going when I asked him what they meant he said they didn`t have time to check it and to come the next day. So I go and pick up my car and Bob loses my key!! Has to have someone come make me a new one. I bring my car back the next day to check for sensors for another 8 hours and no one called me that my car was ready. Finally my key is f... view moreound in another customers vehicle. REALLY! So when I ask him if the oil change is on the house due to my 2 days of aggravation.. $27. He said ""NO WHY should it be.. and called me a RUDE LITTLE GIRL and told me he didn`t want a customer like me!!""

Best place to take your car

HOnesty is the most important word in this auto repair. While other mecanics would tell you many things were wrong with your car they were honest o tell you there wasn`t even if that meant that they didn`t make any money with your car.
