One star is being generous. I went there after being recommended from Tom`s automotive (another one star). I went to auto trim to get my car interior worked on. They gave me a verbal estimate of $200 plus tax and tol me to bring my car in on Friday. I stopped by there on Thursday to make sure everything is ready for the next day. First thing I`m told is that they are too busy and can`t do it, come back on Monday. I a... view morelready made plans for evrything to be taken care of and coordinated around my job so this could be done on Friday. Then the guys at auto trim start talking prices and what type of material I would need. Please note that I already went thru with this during my first time there where I picked out the material and they gave me pricing. At no time did they ever write anything down, nook my appointment, apologize for not meeting their agreement to take the car when they originally asked and even after my 2nd time there did they note that I would be coming back on Monday per their request. Thank you to everyone who posted their feedback. The facts seems to tell the story here and they will not be getting any business from me. Poor management, horrible customer service and no clue on how to organize and engage with a new customer.

I called to inquire about a tear i had in my truck seat. I have never had a more unfriendly poor customer experience. I had a fear with the bad reviews posted, but now i will bring my business elsewhere. I was going to spend quite a bit of money to have work done, but no more!! First impressions are important great!!

NOT HAPPY

THEY CAME OUT TO OUR COMPANY TO GAIN OUR BUSINESS. WE GAVE THEM A CENTER CONSOLE TO REUPHOLSTER AND INFORMED THEM WE WANTED THE ENTIRE CONSOLE UPHOLSTERED. THEY WERE LATE ON GETTING THE WORK DONE AND DID NOT CALL TO INFORM THEY WOULD NEED FURTHER TIME. WHEN WE GOT THE CONSOLE BACK THEY ONLY UPHOLSTERED THE TOP ON THE CONSOLE AND CHARGED US THE FULL PRICE OF DOING THE WHOLE CONSOLE. ON TOP OF ALL THAT THE COLOR WAS CO... view moreMPLETELY OFF. worste service ever.

I put my car for service and what ever they promise at the begeing it was all promises and nothing more than that. they brougt my car back with chack engine light on and many parts inside were broken.
thay charge $1824 for puting carpet in the front of the car and cleaning it.
be cerfule with those guyes they very sliki.
dont ever even try tham.

If anyone asked for a recommendation for this business, I would say that I took my car in for service, it was not ready as promised, I went back 3 days in a row before I could pick it up. I would not take my vehicle to them again and definately would not recommend them to anyone!!!
