I waited 8 hours for them to pick my truck up and deliver to dealership. They did not offer any explanation or phone calls. I definitely do not recommend this towing company.

Horrible Terrible, Worst customer service i ever went through. I went as far as reporting them to the business bureau. All i wanted to let them know is to allow the insurance company to come and claim my vehicle. The person on the other side; her name was "Annet", had said that i already made a visit and next time i go their i need to pay 35$. "Ok" I replied, but i have an insurance company that w... view moreants to take the car away, She said " I thought you didn`t have insurance" in the most nastiest way imaginable. It almost seemed like a poverty joke. than she went back stating next time i visit its 35 dollars avoiding the whole reason i called in the first place. All i wanted to let them know is the insurance is coming to get the vehicle. She never affirmed that. Annet wouldn`t let me talk to the manager either and hung up on me. I called AGAIN* she wouldnt pick up the phone. Than i called *AGAIN and she said something really fast and put me n hold for 20 minutes and still then never picked up the phone. These people are leeching society If a business needs to be under new management its this one. Horrible service and needs to be put under Business bureau review.

The workers here are incredibly rude, and have no respect. I called wondering when I could get my vehicle and they told me an hour. But when I said that I couldn`t come in an hour I got this response, "Well why don`t you call me when you can come get your sh*t out of your car." I honestly would not recommend this place to anyway.
