Worst car experience ever! Had my brakes done there and they told me that I needed both of my hub bearings replaced. They quoted $300 for the job. I didn`t have it right then, but came back 2 weeks later to get it done. New quote was $480. I was still gong to have them do the work. After my car being with them for 6 hours I get a call telling me that they have ordered the part three times and keep getting the wrong ... view morepart. Now they wanted me to go to the dealer and buy the part myself for $300, deliver it to them, and still pay them $480 to fix it. They told me that for them to go to the dealer it would cost over $700 for the part. Btw, the dealer is less than 2 miles away from them. Conversations with Jay, who lied and claimed to be the district manager were no help at all. When I asked him why I still have to pay $480 for them to fix it if I am getting the parts myself, his response was "we ordered it 3 times & you don`t expect us to eat it do you." I told him that his mistakes should not be my problem. He hung up on me. Hot Jim back on the phone and he said that I seemed irate. Really?? I told him to put my car back the way it was & I`ll pick it up. Said he can`t. At this point I had end the call because I had a funeral to attend. The next day I called again to find out that the jimmy-rigged my car back together. Took my car to another place and found out that only one hub bearing needed to be replaced. They showed how B4L had removed the hub...looked like they used a chisel & hammer. Hot the bearing replaced and a new power steering pump(I knew it needed replacing, too) for $500. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are crooks. Novice mechanics. Jay claims to be district manager, but isn`t. They are rude. 1 star is too much, but I couldn`t put zero.

Been here for a couple of brake changes and they do a nice job. They replaced my pads and rotors when they were going bad last week.Dealer would have charged hundreds. They charged me Less than $300. So kudos for the good service and price.

I came here after the brakes on my PT Cruiser started really grinding from the brake pads being worn. I had previously changed just one of my brake pads because I heard only one side starting to grind but quickly realized that if I hear one side, I should probably change both. Unlike other places that said I could drop my car off and it would probably be ready the next day, these guys said they could get started on it right away. The folks there were very courteous and very detailed about what exactly was wrong with my brakes. Unlike the last shop I went to who agreed to fix a problem and not tell me about another, Rob from Brakes 4 Less explained that not only were my brake pads worn, but my rotors were basically destroyed from the constant grinding. I thought this would immediately put me over my budget, but they worked with me and I was still in my range. I won`t forget what they did to help me out when I really needed it and being honest the entire way through. No wonder there are so many regulars that have been going there for years. They go there because of the honesty and integrity. This is now my shop of choice, too.

Had my brakes worked on and actually cost less than I had expected. They even got it done on the same day within a couple hours. Cool.

I had my rotors resurfaced and...

I had my rotors resurfaced and new brake pads installed here. When I brought my car in staff greeted me and spent the time to understand the issue my car was having (vibration under braking). I left my car with them since they were busy with other cars. Before they started work on my car the technician gave me a call letting me know what work would be done.
