I am amazed at the awesome customer service that was given to me when I brought my Malibu in for service. Not only do they have a REALLY nice area for the customers to wait in with internet, Starbucks, and TV:) the service advisor Scott was so knowledgeable about everything and anything I wanted to ask! They also have a great body shop there too!! Someone hit me and damaged my bumper, they were able to get me in an... view mored out really fast and were super nice! 5 stars!!! I would refer anyone and everyone to GrandPrize Chevrolet!!!

Terrible customer service

I called in to check availability and prize for a 2007 Tahoe and they placed me on-hold for 17 minutes. After that, a "representative"asked how he could help me and when I told him, he just hung up the phone. I called back and complained so I was transferred to the manager who reponded with an AHHHHH when I explained the situation. I will never call, buy or set a foot in that dealership. Avoid the body shop at Grand Prize Chevrolet

The people running the body shop are crooks. They swindled me out of a tire sensor (worth $200 installed). My Suburban was towed there after it was hit on the front, driver side tire and quarter panel in an accident. They replaced the sensor in the tire that was hit, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me that the tire sensor in the front, passenger side tire was defective and that since that tire was no... view moret hit in the accident, my insurance was not paying for it. Before the accident, all the tire sensors were working fine. Moreover, while the vehicle was at the body shop, I got a diagnostic report from OnStar (a computer diagnostic) showing that the front, passenger side tire sensor was working fine. The body shop must have used the good tire sensor from the front, passenger side to install it in the front, driver side, got paid for it by my insurance, and want me to pay for the tire sensor they stole from me.

BEWARE: They will lie and take advantage of you!

OFFENDING PARTY: Reuben Garcia - Manager of Service - Grand Prize Chevrolet, Miami, FL OCCURENCE: I brought my car in for service and before I could leave, I was asked to sign a form. This was not optional and I was not allowed to challenge what was on the form, so I made sure I specified that I would like a call before the work was done so I can make a decision if I wanted to proceed or not. However, when I did... view more get the call, the work was already done. In addition, the total cost of the part was $2. The total bill? Near $70. Rip-off? Of course! But most importantly, I am disgusted by the unethical business dealings of this company and the inconsiderate response I received from Rueben Garica when I alerted him of my complaint. He had the audacity to say that they COULD have charged me more according to the paper they made me sign. So in other words, I should shut up and be greatful! Unfortunately, this isn`t their first complaint, in my online research I have seen many other dissatisfied customers from sales to service. And what is their number one complaint? What do all these bad reviews have in common? They lie and take advantage of customers. THEIR PROPOSED SOLUTION: Deal with it and go somewhere else, we did nothing wrong. (Since when is having no ethics doing nothing wrong?) MY LAST WORDS: What goes around, comes around... I can`t wait until someone takes advantage of you just because they CAN.
