I traveled to Crestview from Ohio to visit my Son who is stationed in the area (Army) . As soon as I arrived I had a total disaster with my Van. Working from a local residents recommendation, I contacted Macks Auto. I dropped off my van and in 24 hours was able to pick it back up and have it for the rest of my stay, as well as for the long trip home. Mack`s Auto went above and beyond the call when it came to the spee... view mored of the repair, chasing down parts etc. Dianne kept in constant contact with me via phone which really eased my concerns and helped me enjoy my precious time with my Son, knowing the vehicle was in good hands.
