Very poor service. They tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Overpriced used bikes. I ordered a helmet from them being told it would take one week to get in. I come back after a week and then told it would be in a the begining of the next month which was three weeks away. I tried calling them three weeks later to see if it was in and got the run around so I had to drive in to see if it came in. When I... view more came in they told me it would be in very soon. Almost a month from that date I tried to get the helmet. Wasn`t there. I told them I wanted my money back. My helmet somehow appeared a few days later. On top of that they didn`t put me in thier system correctly so even after paying for the helmet it looked as if I hadn`t and it made things even more difficult. Salesman there are rude and dishonest. I hate going in the shop which is very rare that I do. I prefere paying more for better service elsewhwere. I was also told that the MSRP on a bike was $9,500 knowing it was actually $8,900. The funny thing was the bike was used and they were trying to sell it for the supposed MSRP of $9,500. They swore up and down I was wrong. Don`t take my word for it though, go in and experiance it for yourself.

1st last time for honda to screw me

my son got a atv honda rancher july 3 of 08 , bent rim july 4th 08 .. i his mother called salesman who sold to my son,told him we needed a rim, he said come on down we`ll hook you up. so i woke my son up told him they had rim go get it ...he is 19..never had atv buying to astabish cread to by moter honda... takes him 1/12 to get at dealership... they oh we have to order rim ..i call ask why salesman said they had o... view morene? any way they ended up taking one off new atv four bolts, taking their tire off,puting my sons tire on.. stock rim charging him rim 45.00 labor 150.00....called other honda dealerships they charge 25.00 to change tires rim to rim? why screw a 19 year old kid... is this great customer service or what. plus neaver gave us book for this rancher said send it today they said some new ones don`t came with book but can order for 45.00....
