The service sucks. Took 18 days to get the carburetor. Lost the customer over that. Also they accepted my core never refunded my core charge and never respond to my email about it. I wouldn`t recomend this business to anyone. Thanks for nothing. Cole`s Automotive

THE BEST CARBURETOR COMPANY IN THE US

My Company has been doing business with National Carburetors for over 50 years, and we buy around 20 carburetors a month from them, without any problems. So I am not sure why other people have stated bad things about them. They have aways been fair to my company. I have been in their factory many times, and they have 25 builders making over 200 carburetors everyday. that`s over 50,000 a year. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS !!!

Two years ago I bought a quadrajet Carburator for my 1974 Corvette from National Carburators. Had nothing but problems with the carb. Brought the Carb. back and they SAID they hooked it back up to there OLD wore-out crate engine that they run all there carbs off of, and said there was nothing wrong with it insulting me like I didnt know what I was talking about. I ended up buying a Holly from somewhere else and only ... view moregot a core charge for my $191.00 carb. Two years later, I give them another chance with some fuel injectors. They told me 1 to 2 days. Brought them in on Monday morning, called on Wednesday, and they didnt even start on them. They had a ""dont care attitude"" so I said I`m coming there to pick them back up and want my money back (162.00). When I showed up they were rude, and when I told them I would never return they said GOOD! Stay away from this place. Go somewhere they will respect your business.

I bought a re-built carburetor from National Carburetors because they seemed to check out okay. When I received the re built carburetor it had very serious problems. The choke did not work and the throttle STUCK OPEN. I returned this under warranty, and received another carburetor after being out a tuck for a few weeks. The second carburetor I received has another bad choke. They sent me a replacement choke that... view more was incorrect. I sent the second carburetor back again for repair. They keep promising me that the carburetor will be finished and shipped out by the end of the week. I have now been out of a car for 4 weeks total now. They promised to call me with updates and even took my phone number, but I always have to contact them. I would Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. However they have been working with me to TRY to fix the problem.

Warranty is a scam, good luck!

To any people needing a carburetor, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My carb died within the 6 years that I had it. The lifetime warranty is a scam! They will charge you $75 - $200 to repair the carb. They do not keep track of any warranty info or customer info, so you will be screwed if you need to return something. Their horrible customer service told me I ""could of just picked my carb out of any old junkyard and s... view moreent it back"" because they don`t keep any records. They will hassle you till the end. I repeat don`t buy from this company. You will thank yourself in the long run!
