Recently bought a used Silvera...
Recently bought a used Silverado. Transaction went smooth, truck was great. Next day after the dealer perfume wore off of the truck, it smelled like a swamp!! I started digging around, and under the seats, the rails were completely rusted!! Now I`m starting to think, they sold a truck that they knew had water issues, and sold it without fixing! I took it back to Gordon Chevy Service (Will), and he assured me they wer... view moree going to do a "water intrusion" test on it. 3 hours later, they bring the truck back around, and the guy says they couldn`t find any leaks, but they treated the vehicle, and the odor should go away shortly. Well, two days later, and after a good Jacksonville rain, the headliner is completely soaked and the floor boards are soaked as well! Great "water intrusion" test!! Definitlely going to let it be known all over NAS Jacksonville that Gordon Chevy are shady!! Definitely going to be contacting one of the other REPUTABLE Chevy dealers to get this fixed!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Best GM Service I Have Experienced
For the past 2 years, my Pontiac G8 had a clunking in the front end. I took the car to Coggin (where I purchased it) and they dismissed my claim. I also took the car to Garber, who made an attempt to fix it, but they failed.
I took my car to Gordon chevrolet last week and had an immediate (and correct) diagnosis. They installed new strut bearing and bushings under warranty; and I am glad to say that my car ride... view mores like new again.
Most importantly, they treated me like they had genuine concern for my problem rather than I was crazy for complaining.
From now on, I will only go to Gordon Chevrolet for GM service. My service advisor, Will, gave me red carpet treatment and everyone else I dealt with was professional and friendly.

Great Service
A few days ago I took my car in for repair to the a/c control system and to check for a coolant leak. The quoted me about $200 to fix it. I setted in for a long wait only to be surprise a little over an hour later with a repaired and washed car. Get this, the bill was less than they quoted.

Amazing service!
I highly recommend Gordon Chevrolet and their service department. The men and women behind the service counter are cheerful, fast and honest and the management staff is always happy to help if you have questions.

Excellent Service!
I`ve been a customer for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I`ve purchased 3 cars and always brought them to the dealership for service. I`ve always been treated above my expectations as the staff is friendly and helpful. Any problems I have had with my cars were fixed quickly and with minimal inconvenience to me. I have and will recommend Gordon Chevrolet for both sales and service!

POOR SERVICE
Every time I`ve made an appointment for service at Gordon I`ve had to take my car back a 2nd time. This last time I made an appointment for my 2009 Equinox. The car is still under warranty & it started losing air from the rear tires while parked in our driveway. Gordon service department determined that the problem on the right rear tire was a defective TPM. I`ve had it with Gordon Chevrolet & GM products. I bought 3 cars last year. Why is it that I only have problems with GM? You have been warned... I`m telling everyone I can to stay away.

POOR SERVICE
This dealership provides poor service. Every time I take a vehicle there I have to take it back. I`m responsible for a lot of cars. I bought 3 last year. My most recent trip to the service department at Gordon involved a complaint with my 2009 Equinox. It`s still under warranty. The rear tires started leaking air right in the driveway.
