THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE MILES ON THE TRUCK ARE ONE NUMBER THAN WHEN YOU GO CHECK IT`LL BE OFF AND THAN THEY`LL WRITE IT ON YOUR PAPER BUT NOT IN THE COMPUTER AND CHARGE FOR THOSE MILES AND IF YOU TAKE THE UHAUL BACK TO ANOTHER UHAUL THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR THEM GOING TO PICK IT UP. Unprofessional

When I called to report damage done to my car by their tow truck, I was told by a rude employee Jose that I didn`t make any sense. I then spoke to a man who did not identify himself as the manager, then lied to me, saying that he would talk to the manager and call me back, which never happened. When I called the next day he denied saying that he would talk to the manager and also denied saying he would return my call... view more. Worst service Ever

Do not waste your time. They have the worst service I have ever seen. They are very rude and way too expensive. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. They had me waiting in the hot sun. I felt like they were trying to be as difficult as possible. Do yourself a favor and call AAA save yourself the headache

Not good

Called for a tow, took money over the phone. Had to cancel tow and the staff was yelling in the background about not wanting to give me a refund. Person in background was rude. Everyone had a different time frame they said my refund would hit my account. Still waiting.

Very professional and speedy

On 8/14/09 Had a blowout on I-4 Southbound near Hwy 192. I called my daughter and she called several towing companies till she found this very pleasant person on the phone. The tow was scheduled and pick up was in about 30 minutes.

Very professional and courteous.
