This dealership`s management misrepresents contracts - stay away from any safe lease or service contracts - they will tell you lies to get you to buy it and won`t stand behind it if you need to use it. The so called GM would not even give me his name, wonder what he is afraid of - maybe being exposed for what he is? A SCAM ARTIST. Thank you to South VW service team. Got a great price on service ($20 less than quoted over the phone) and got car back sooner than expected. South VW team rocks. WIll be black for the 75k service interval.
