These guys had me sitting around for 2 hours only to tell me that they could not figure out why my SUV had a vibration in the floorboard. They would not check the tire balance as I requested under a service warranty and basically told me to take the truck back to the dealer for help. I did. The dealer balanced the tires and that solved the problem. Firestone either has uncalibrated equipment and/or incompetent te... view morechnicians. I gave Firestone three tries to get a simple tire balancing done right. It is clear to me that they do not know what they are doing.
