Make sure you get a written quote that says how long it will take. I was told a week, it took 2 and a half, very expensive when having to rent a car. He said he never said a week, I had nothing to say otherwise, so lesson learned. Funny thing is, when I called the first week to ask when I could pick up my car, he never said anything about "it won`t be ready until next week", he just said he was going to ... view moreneed a few more days, which turned into another week and a half. :-( Very disappointed, I thought they were trustworthy. Friends had recommended Rice, but they were backed up, so it was going to take longer.....I should have gone there in the long run. :-(
