This dealer will sell you a bike $2000 over book value and tell you it doesn`t matter what the book says. Meanwhile they`ll offer you "black book" for a pristine trade and tell you condition, mileage, and receipts since new, won`t change the book value figure. Incredible. They are rude, high pressure, and I`ll never go back.

My first time into the showroom I was greeted by a pushy salesman that didn`t spent 10 seconds asking me what bike I preferred, but immediately pushed me into a big Vulcan. I said I didn`t want a big cruiser, then he showed me a Versys, I said I didn`t want a vtwin. Finally I got another salesman, and mentioned a used Concours ZG1000 outside and asked it`s price. They wanted $4400 for a $2400 book value bike. To m... view moreake the price even more shocking, it was rusty, 38,000 miles, and had drop damage to the saddle bags. I showed them the book value on the bike was far below their asking price and the guy said "You don`t have to buy it buddy." This was the most unprofessional dealership I ever walked into. I later bought a ST1100 for under book value, at Honda of Melbourne, and I`m very happy with that whole experience. How Champion stays in business escapes my imagination.

The "owners" according to the service manager told me today that they do NOT service Honda`s older than ten years old. According to the service manager...."parts for those old bikes are discontinued". WTF?
