Brung my car to fix a tire they put 2 plugs on it the next day the car started shaking! They let me go with 2 plugs on a front tire which if they are really experts anybody knows (except for me I found out the hard way) that if you drive a SUV with plugs in the front tire it will create problems but they didn`t care to switch the tires or even inform me of such thing. Now I came back and they say my tire is no good a... view morend I can buy a new one, I believe they shouldve told me that before they did 2 plugs and charge me for them. I cant belive the owner was screaming at me saying he didn`t do nothing to create problems which in my opinion they knew from the getgo they where taking advantage of a single mother because They didn`t even give me a receipt when they plugged the tire in the first place. I`m sooooo disapointed in them I was a repeat customer and was thinking I could trust them! Now the owner itself not only raised his voice at me but since the moment I was first explaining my problem all he said I can not help you we didn`t create the problem! What a way to do Bussiness with a repeat customer... All I wanted was for them to look at my car and help me solve the issue I wasn`t asking for free work just for them to be fair and honest. They are unprofessional and they may have got my money before but they will not get it again.
