The best shop in miami
wow how people take the time to write negative reviews but wont take a minute to write a positive review for a company that has been around 20 plus years. If u ask me when stereo shops all over miami are closing down and out of merchandise, they still remain strong and standing with two locations . I will continue to take my cars to Cartronics be cause i know they will be there tomorow if i have any issues.

BUYER BEWARE OF THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS?ˆ??ˆ?
Have used this shop in the past as they employed a guy I knew back when Sound advice was into mobile electronics and was always treated fairly by him. Although that guy was no longer employed there, I thought it would be ok to use them again. WHAT A MISTAKE! I needed to swap a simple sound system (2 amps, 1 sub box that they made for me previously) from one car to a new car (same exact car model, just an 2009 instead... view more of an 2008). I supplied all of the components except for a beauty board that was added and an RCA cable that needed to be replaced (which they claimed was defective - more on this later). When I returned to pick up the car, they had added $200 for ""custom crossovers"". The sales guy said someone should have called me to get it approved but no one ever called for approval. When I asked why I didn`t need them before and why they were so expensive, they reduced the price of the crossovers to $100. Seemed shady but (mistake #2), I didn`t want to continue arguing and the car (trunk paneling) was already put back together, so I paid the $500+ bill (Most quality shops charge $50-$75 per amp install - I had 2 plus $75 for cable & beauty board). Fast forward several months when I needed to remove the entire system from the car only to find what they called ""custom crossovers"" where two $3 in-line resistors. I thought perhaps I wasn`t finding the crossovers they made for my car so i returned to the store to ask where they might be. He literally told me that a ""Doctor charges $150 to look in your mouth"" and the $100 was basically the value they put on those $3 resistors. We exchanged some words before I decided to use the power of the internet to warn other about these PRICE GOUGING THIEVES and just walked out before I lost my composure. I did not even get into the RCA cable that was never replaced as I found the same one they installed in the previous car that had my hand writing on it. Check out reviews before using this company... IF you are foolish enough to use this company, WATCH THEM VERY CAREFULLY!
