No estimate of charges; never informed of storage fees. Charged storage fees after deciding to not have them perform repair work. Business is predatory. They later added an "administrative fee" and "lien fee" after I addressed concerns with the charges. Did not allow me to have a copy of bill or charges prior to payment Deceptive business practices!

Whether or not the parking lot...

Whether or not the parking lot is in service, The property owners of that parking lot are the ones who called to have that vehicle removed. There are signs usually on all 4 sides of the property warning you that your vehicle is subject to tow at your expense. They are allowed to charge the highest legal amount allowed by state law. Sprint Towing was bought by Elite Towing of Gainesville, by Greg Forron, who is related to Stan and Susan Forron of Gainesville, who just happened to be involved in a huge scandal about illegally removing cars and re-titleing them. What I don`t like about this company is the fact that its run by 5 family members in a very chaotic fashion with no organization at all. They run through drivers like I drink water. They care nothing for there customers or their drivers and will run them ragged just to make a buck. They intentionally force drivers to run routes out of the city to avoid the DOT and State Troopers knowing their trucks would not pass any level of DOT inspection. They also try to get drivers to purchase most of their own equipment, such as, lock out kits, floor jacks. They also wont provide their drivers with proper in vehicle cell phone chargers for their cell phones, which are required to answer AAA road calls. They`ve been known to lie to AAA, telling them drivers are en-route, when in fact they are on another call, just to get on location GOA pay. They also charge their drivers $30 every 2 weeks for uniforms. On top of that, They refuse to open a fueling account locally such as fuel man, instead they purchase Wal-Mart gift cards with only $75 on said gift cards. Drivers usually only get 1 card per day to fuel up with. A truly cheap company. Your prolly wondering how I know all of this. I`m an ex driver who is fed up with watching other drivers getting the shaft by this company as well as the customers. I also know of other drivers who have been through this treatment, however I can not give up their names in order to protect them. Any one with a CDL knows you`re suppose to pre-trip your truck before you drive it. Well don`t tell them that you`re testing the air brakes, cause they will tell you that you are wrong and that you`re not suppose to do a brake test on any of their trucks. Hope none of the brakes go out on any of the drivers then. In my opinion all of the road side services such as Agero, NSD, Allstate, AAA, etc need to pull their contracts from this company. I strongly urge any future customers to stay away from this company. Its time to show companies like this one that customers and employees are the ones who determine who stay open and in business. Crooked companies should get shut down immediately. This is my opinion based on facts that I have experienced for myself.

This company is the lowest of the low as far as human beings go. They sit and wait at poorly marked tow away zones in a privately owned car. Once the owner of the vehicle goes into the establishment the tow trucks come and tow away your vehicle. Yes this happened to me and the $140 fee was not that big of a deal except for the fact that they charged me more when I went to pick up the vehicle. When I saw what they were doing while waiting on my ride, I stood behind the next victims car and had my wife go into the Carrabba`s on Blanding and inform them they needed to move their vehicle. I guess this upset the sub-human who is preying on people just trying to have a nice lunch or dinner. It is not like the parking area is anything in service. It is the old Bennigan`s which has been empty for too many years.
