Bought a vehicle at Mike Shad Nissan of Jacksonville and found out too late they dont keep their commitments after the sale. The general manager is not helping the reputation of that dealership at all. Dont be fooled by the paid rating websites like dealer rater, the dealer pays them for those ratings.

My wife and I bought a used vehicle at this dealership, we could not take this vehicle home the same day. When we returned the next day, we noticed that the entire underside of the vehicle was rotted out with rust! We asked for our money back, but instead of a refund, we were told to leave the premises or be arrested for criminal tresspassing. We contacted the local news, they contacted the dealer. The dealer lied to... view more the reporter and told the newsman that we had the vehicle for two days. The fact is, WE NEVER TOOK POSSESSION OF THIS VEHICLE AT ALL!!! These people will lie to you. DO NOT BUY FROM MIKE SHAD!!!!
