The business is apparently struggling to stay afloat and the customers are paying for the consequences. The guy at the front desk is professional and courteous, but you better hope you don`t have to deal with the owner Elvis ( a little man with a big attitude problem). The owner appears desperate to make a buck, and has very limited customer service skills. If quality, price, and customer service are important to you, this place is not for you. I definitely do not recommend this shop. I would ask around to find a place where your vehicle receives quality service, and you are treated with respect. Good luck!
