Cheats! Read the Fine Print! Do Not Patronize.

I researched the car I wanted and called the sales manager, Jim at the North location. I informed him that I wanted to take care of all of the details over the phone so the pick up process would be speedy. They took credit information over the phone, we haggled a little and they made an offer that I agreed to. I confirmed with Jim, sales manager that he could fax all pertinent paperwork to me as I would be under a ... view moretime constraint. He said there was no need as I just needed to sign for the car and all other paperwork would be taken care of. The folloing day, I arrived at the dealership at the pre-arranged time, no Jim, and I was given a wet nose, green salesperson by the name of Michael Lupica. Needless to say, there was no paperwork completed and the price aggreed upon was not actual, there were hidden costs, and according to Michael, the car was not available for me to see. In addition to Michael not being a crafty liar, because the finance manager said the car had a limp tire which is why I couldn`t see the car, when I was allowed to see the car, the tires, all but one, showed visible signs of wear and ravel. Again, Michael says that is the dirt he ran over taken it to the gas station. Dirt! ON only three tires! Anyhow, I left there and will only give David Maus my business when pigs fly! Buyer Be where! Ripp off everytime

It has nbot failled that every time I have brought my vehicle into Royal Volkswagon they hit me up for reparis that are at least $400 and then find a new problem that had not existed before and add another $500. They cleared this car when I purchased it, it is not very old and does not have high miles. We do not trust them atl all.
