Good Customer Service - But Sometimes a Wait
this place must be popular due to the good customer service, the coupons and the clean seating area (cause that`s why i keep coming back), but there`s often a good wait to get your car serviced. but every time they realize they`ve had my car much longer than they anticipate, they either give me a really great discount for next or just free service.

Rip you off, lie to your face.
I took my car to have my battery recharged. They claimed I needed a brand new alternator worth over 500.00. I took the car next door to Tilden and they said my car was fine and I did not need anything. Auto Zone said an alternator is normally 150.00 and 75.00 for labor for my car- Tilden said they would have charged me 300.00. Tire choice tried to scare me and tell me my car was going to die after 30 minutes of dr... view moreiving it. It has been over a month and the car is running great. This is the most dishonest- worst mechanic shop I have ever been to. Consider yourself WARNED! Do not go here.

Long wait, Dishonest, Untrained techs...
I have had several oil changes and tire rotations at Tire`s Choice. The service advisors are usually courteous and nice, but too pushy. They often push transmission fluid changes because of dirty trans fluid less than a month after I had one. I check the Trans fluid myself before every oil change and it isn`t dirty. I have had the Advisor try to sell me a fluid needed in 4 wheel drive models of my car and I knew ... view morebetter thanfully (my car is 2wd.)
They have tightened the oil drain plug so tightly the next technician couldn`t get it off and I had to pay $5 for a new plug, because they chewed it up so badly. Also, why does it take 2 hrs for an oil change??? It shouldn`t!!! Now I am sitting at my Honda dealership getting new brakes after getting an oil change less than a month ago with a "full check up" and my brakes were METAL on METAL...nice check up!!!!
They have great coupons, but you will pay for it in the long run!!! Stay Away!!!
